I've been wanting to try Eden Hill for a while, I'm happy that we were finally able to come for our anniversary. I'm a fan of the vibe; the restaurant is so small that it's not noisy and it feels the right amount of intimate. The service is great, we had a wonderful time talking to our server and learning about the menu. I think it's so fun that they have a word search for tasting menu items! As for the food, we ordered the Chef's Tasting Menu. I thought it was a great experience being surprised at each course. Every single dish had its own flavor profile and was thoughtfully curated. Pre-course: Gazpacho 4/5 - Loved the chocolate nut crumb. Course 1: Hamachi Tostada 3/5 - I wasn't a fan of how messy this was. The hamachi was nice though. Course 2: Squid Ink Strozzapreti 5/5 - Loved the texture of the pasta. Such a fascinating shape! - The sauce was WONDERFUL. The whipped burrata was just so good. I usually feel like caviar is an after thought but the cavier actually fit really well with the rest of this dish. Course 3: Grilled Quail 4/5 - I've never had quail like this. It was super tender and flavorful. I have just never been a fan of sauerkraut. Course 4: Short Rib Congee 5/5 - No notes, this was fabulous. Course 5: Almond Cake and Gelato 5/5 - Huge props to the kitchen for giving me a different dessert because I mentioned I don't like orange. I loved the combination of the cake with the gelato. The oat almond crumble was a great finishing touch. I would absolutely come back. I love that their tasting menu gets updated every few weeks. I highly recommend coming and trying the tasting menu!

Eden Hill is a small restaurant, but was able to accommodate our group of 9. We were very impressed with the unique flavors of each dish. Our waitress told us that for a group our size, we should order one of each item as most are shareable. We did exactly that. We enjoyed pretty much everything, except the steak which was chewy. For a few top favorites, we got a second serving (noted with "***"): * Ridgeback oyster with pink pearl apple mignonette *** Sourdough bread with smoked mushroom whipped butter * Burrata with Vietnamese fish sauce, cilantro, and peanuts * Lamb birria and risotto tacos * Cauliflower "chilaquiles", manchego, lime crema, jalapeno honey hot sauce, and curtido * Steak and egg with caviar *** Crispy fried quail *** Vesuvio pasta with clams and crab * Crispy pig head "candy bar" with merlot pickled cabbage The desserts were very good too. My favorite dessert was the yuzu posset with sorbet, but I thought the pound cake with foie gras and bourbon batter was the most unique. I am not a foie gras fan, but the use of foie gras as a buttercream for a cake was very creative: *** Yuzu posset, huckleberry, candice grape sorbet, and almond white chocolate * Chocolate cake with chantilly cream * Lemon vanilla pound cake with foie gras and bourbon batter, strawberries, and sprinkles The cocktail menu was impressive too. I got a special of the day which was a salted plum cocktail and it was so good. Now I just have to find another large group for a return visit!

10/10, no notes except that you HAVE to try the apple bottom gin cocktail. Everyone at our table tried mine and ruled it the crowd favorite. We opted for the five course tasting menu (full table participation required) and it was excellent. Every single dish had us exclaiming how delicious it was. My favorite was easily the squid ink pasta dish, but every dish was amazing. We did pair with wine as well! Which they matched perfectly to the meal. Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and the perfect amount of attentive. They customized the printed menu with "happy birthday" for the birthday girl, which was an amazing touch. They were also able to accommodate both of the dietary restrictions at our table. This spot is intimate, seating about 20-25. Blue floral wallpaper matches the dark blue wood and bar. Lit by candles with woodland foresty accents. It's cozy and intimate, but elevated. Whether it's a special occasion, a date night, or you just want some really good food. I cannot recommend Eden Hill enough!!

Great experience all around! We went for the prix fixe, which came with 2-3 more small bonus dishes like amuse bouches and palette cleansers. Each server in alternation was great at describing what the components of each dish was. One was so attentive at the beginning, when we said we may add an a la carte small dish on later if we have room, that they brought a sample of it out later even though we were stuffed and after we said we couldn't fit it in. Great attention to detail, and beautiful plating. Super small space, with around 24 seats. The kitchen is very cramped, and lots of the cooking takes place on small hot plates - but they certainly make do! The pork belly was the largest cut I've ever seen in my whole life. You will not leave hungry, or disappointed - worth the price point for a reliably wonderful meal!

Excellent service and food presentation, but I found the food just a teensy bit too salty. I ended up taking the rest of the beef home and eating it with some bread the next day and it was perfect. My two friends opted for the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it but I went with ala carte because I had eaten a lot for lunch. Next time, I'll try out their tasting menu. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and has a date night vibe.

As a seasoned Michelin eater, Eden hill is on par with the others. I'd say their savoury food is easily 2 star, but their dessert could be improved. 1. The Hospitality was incredible. Our waitress was bubbly and upbeat, she pointed out duplicates with the tasting menu when we tried to order more ala carte. 2. The ambience and music is so cozy, making it feel like a hole in a wall New York gem. 3. Every dish was a banger. The portions were a good amount. The food was creative. 4. Bill came up to about $700 for 3 tasting menus and a $100 bottle of wine.

I stumbled into Eden Hill when I realized I didn't feel like cooking on the way home from the farmer's market and what a find! It's a cute little space on Queen Anne with bar, indoor, and outdoor post-COVID seating :) I sat at the bar as I was alone but the bartender was such a gem so I actually chatted with her quite a bit. Now onto the food and drink; I ordered the peach salad and the cauliflower chilaquiles (I'm told they're very popular here) and wow, 10/10 on both. The salad was a perfect blend of peaches, Gorgonzola, and hazelnut with a balsamic dressing while the cauliflower was perfectly balanced and included a jalapeño sauce and a lime crema. Shoutout to the orange wine which I finally decided to try tonight, as well, and was delightful. I'll definitely be back and would recommend Eden Hill to anyone looking for a great, unique spot in Queen Anne!

What an amazing experience. I came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had an 8pm reservation. Street parking was very easy to find. It's a cute restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Note, that if you come on a hot day, it doesn't seem like they have air conditioning. They had some fans blowing but it was pretty warm on the inside. The inside of this restaurant is small and intimate but very cute! Service was amazing. So friendly and made accommodations to our requests. The menu they gave us had happy birthday on it which was a nice touch! I'm currently pregnant and appreciated that they were able to do a chef's tasting menu for us to accommodate that. Each and every course was outstanding! Thank you, Eden Hill for making my husband's birthday so special! We will definitely be coming back again to try out more of their amazing creations! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle!
